After Hours
If you require medical attention outside of our business hours, our practice is a member of the National Home Doctor Service – a home visit doctor’s service. You can register with them on 13 74 25.

Accidents and Emergencies
We ask that you telephone the surgery first to be advised as to the appropriate action. However, if you are experiencing serious symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing or severe allergic reactions then please call 000. We appreciate patient understanding if the appointments are disrupted by medical emergencies.

Home Visits
The doctors of this practice have the capacity to visit long-standing patients in their home. However, due to doctor availability, we can only offer this service on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to request a home visit, please phone reception staff.
 
My Health Record
Have you considered registering for My Health? My Health Record is a secure online summary of your health information. You can control what goes into it, and who is allowed to access it. You can choose to share your health information with your doctors, hospitals and other healthcare providers. Please ask the reception staff or your doctor for more information
